    1. Today

      Seven tools. Zero connections.

Families register in PlayMetrics, then someone copies them into a master spreadsheet. Fees come in by Venmo and check. Updates go out from one person's Gmail, plus six group chats.

    4. Step 3

      One message. The right families.

    About

Soccer has always been my game.

I'm Aubrey. Soccer has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played at Quincy University, where I was team captain, and I still love the game as much as I did as a kid.

Off the field, I work in tech sales and spend a lot of my free time building software tools. Pitchworks lets me bring the two together and help the clubs that give kids the same experiences the game gave me.

    Questions

    What directors usually ask.

Something else on your mind? Bring it to the Health Check.

Do we have to switch software?

Usually not. We start with what you already pay for and make it work harder. If something really isn't working for you, I'll say so and help you pick a better fit.

What does "AI behind the scenes" actually mean?

It's a quiet helper. It drafts replies to common parent questions, sorts incoming messages, and pulls your weekly report together. Your staff decide what gets sent. Families just notice faster answers.

    Is our families' information safe?

Everything is set up inside your club's own accounts. Your family data stays in the tools you already trust, and you can remove my access at any time.

    What does it cost?

The Health Check is free. After that, you get a fixed price for the first project, in writing, before any work starts. No hourly meter and no surprise bills.

    How long does it take?

It depends on the fix. Small ones, like automatic fee reminders, can be live in a week or two. A full cleanup takes longer. You'll know the timeline before we start.

What if something breaks after you're done?

Everything comes with a short guide your staff can follow, and I'm a message away. If you'd like someone keeping an eye on things season to season, we can set that up too.

We're a small club. Is this for us?

Clubs with roughly 300 to 2,000 players usually get the most out of it. If you're smaller and still feel buried, book a call anyway. Sometimes one small fix changes the whole week.

What happens on the Health Check?

Thirty minutes on video. We look at how your club runs today, the tools you use, and what's eating your staff's time. You'll leave with an idea or two you can use right away, even if we never work together.

We'll talk through how your club runs today, what's eating up your staff's time, and where you want to take it. You'll leave with an idea or two you can use right away.

If nothing is worth fixing, I'll tell you.
